As part of LRS’ culture of compliance, this web page provides you with a means to anonymously submit a report of suspected violations of LRS compliance programs or any law that you believe applies to LRS. You may use this web page to report illegal activities such as violations of laws or policies on exports, bribery/corruption, data privacy, information security, harassment, and discrimination as well as financial matters such as theft and falsification of expense reports.

If you wish to receive confirmation of your submission and updates on the progress of the research, you may optionally include your name and contact information. If you include this information, your submission will not be anonymous. Do not disclose your name or contact information if you wish to make an anonymous submission.

This web page is hosted outside of the LRS domain so LRS cannot track who navigates to this page. Information entered below will be sent to the LRS Compliance Officer. Compliance will review the information and determine what actions to take as a result of the report, including reviewing the submission with Legal.

LRS will investigate any reports made in good faith and will protect employees who have reported suspected violations.
